Chungking, To-day:

Mr. Shen Sing-wu, professor of the National China University, was mur- in dered by an unknown assailant front of his residence at Myburgh Road, Shanghai, yesterday.

Three shots were fired, killing him instantly. The assailant made good his escape.-Central News.
