It is officially announced that the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has requested French air in face of the German aggression. France has in- formed the Grand Duchy that she will be extending all assistance in her power.
To-day, practice measures for com- bating gas attacks and incendiary bombs will be rehearsed together with first-aid drill.
Only official cars will be allowed to traverse the city streets to- night. The practice is being hold under the supervision of the Com- mandant of the Japanese garrison in Pelping.
