With only one match play- ed in Senior Division of the League on Saturday, the cric- ket averages remain mater- ially the same, although E. L. Gosano, who took three cheap wickets, qualifies for their opportunity and although thor- the bowling.
In Junior Division, Y. T. Barma, thanks to his feat against R.A.F. on Sunday of taking 5 for 14, not only qualifies but advances to the head of the Junior bowling list with the fine average of 5.22 for 9 wickets.
M. R. Abbas, of the same club, also had a very good match on Sunday, scoring 46 runs and taking 5 for 21. He is one of the few cricketers in Second Division who appear in both the batting and bowling lists.
