POSTMAN SENT TO PRISON FOR TWO
YEARS
“THE LAW REGARDS THIS OFFENCE so seriously that it enacts punishment for stealing postal letters to 14 years," said Mr. Justice R. E. Lindsell at the Criminal Sessions this morning when Ling King-fai was found guilty of larceny of 23 letters.

number was KE 26. Of the 23 let- ters shown in court, 17 had his chop on, one had KE25 and five were not chopped. One of the letters had been opened.
