Changes in the Club senior team are: J. Thomson has been dropped from scrum half and Henderson takes over that position to allow F. M. Thompson to come in at full-back. Walkden has moved to the middle of the back row and Richardson has been dropped. Heasman

A fine of $5 was imposed on a mo- torist, G. Petrequin, of Kadooric Avenue, by Mr. R. A. D. Forrest this morning, for causing an obstruction in Fleming Road near the Oriental Theatre.

SHAKEN BY EXPLOSIONS

In the profit and loss account, the charge for repairs and renewals is in excess of the figure charged last year and much of the expenditure under this heading was necessitated by the shaking the machinery and buildings suffered from nearby explosions dur- ing the hostilities in Canton.

I regret to report that in May last some damage was done to our No. 1 Compressor which is still out of com- mission. NETT RESULT

The net result for the year is a loss of $39.44 which, under the very ad- verse circumstances, must I think be considered as not unsatisfactory.
