Sit on the floor, knees bent and apart, toes together. Grasp the toes firmly with both hands. Roll over backward without letting go of the toes, then roll to right side, then to left and back to the sitting position. Next close the knees, still bent, clasp the hands under the knees and roll backward and forward with the same motion as that of a rocking horse.
It is regularity that counts in all exercise. You can't do every exer- cise you ever heard of one night, and, then forget all about it for a week and expect a streamlined figure to develop of its own accord.
You needn't do the same exercises every day, but you must do a com- presensive set that will take care of your particular figure faults or keep you in connection.
