It is declared that besides Lord Halifax himself, Mr. R. A. Butler (Under-Secretary) und Sir Robert Vansittart are men- tioned as possible members of the delegation.

BULGARIAN VISIT TO BERLIN

The Bulgarian Premier and For- eign Minister, M. Kiosseiwanoff, is expected to visit Berlin in the middle of June.
