The Polish Minister in Danzig, M. Chodacki, yester- day handed to the Senate, Warsaw's answer to the Danzig note concerning the murder at Kal- thof of a Danzig citizen.

The Note attributes full responsibility for the inci--

dent to the Danzig authorities, because des- pite repeated interventions they took no steps to prevent criminal activities.
