The Rumanian Foreign Minister, M. Gafencu, ar- rived at Victoria Station at 5.20 yesterday afternoon.

M. Gafencu, on his way from Brussels to London, had talks with M. Tatarescu in Paris on Satur- day night and again at Le Touquet in the morn- ing.
