SWITZERLAND WILL BAN FOREIGN BOYCOTTS

The Swiss Government has issued a decree banning an economic boy- cott. against foreign powers.

The first article of the decree states that anyone stirring up an

economic boycott against a specific foreign country or a specific foreign people will, if residing Switzerland, be given a -sentence of three months' imprison-! ment or a fine of Swiss Frs. 2,000.
