According to reports received here there have been large concentrations of Italian troops at places close to the frontiers of French and British Somaliland.

The places mentioned are Mordale, Jalelo and Sar-

do, near Hadele and Gube.

Many natives of the province of Harar are report- ed to have been called up and enrolled in the native corps.

It is understood that steps have been taken in Dji-
