SUEZ CANAL DUES SHOULD BE REDUCED

LONDON, TO-DAY.

IN THE COURSE OF YES- TERDAY'S DEBATE IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS ON FOR- EIGN POLICY, 'SIR ARNOLD WILSON (CONS. HITCHIN) ADVOCATED A SUBSTAN- TIAL REDUCTION IN SUEZ CANAL DUES.
