Washington, To-day. President Roosevelt intends to ask Congress to grant £200,000 annually to combat German and Italian propaganda efforts in Latin-America. He will ask for this appropriation in January, and the amount will be spent on co-operation in non-military affairs with all the Latin-Ameri- can Republics.
