This is her recipe: To the juice of each lemon add a spoonful of honey and enough boiling water to dilute the honey; a little sugar can also be added if the mixture is not sweet enough. Stir slowly.

Italian Delight
Brown in a frying pan
1 onion sliced. Add
1 pound minced steak and
1⁄2 pound pork steak minced, and fry until redness disappears. Have ready
1 tin corn
1 tin tomato soup
1⁄2 pound grated cheese
1 tin tomato paste. Cook 1 package
wide
noodles, Alter- nate layers of meat, corn, to- mato and noodles. On each layer sprinkle grated cheese. Bake three-fourths of an hour at 350 deg. F.

Scalloped Chicken Supreme Cut in one-inch pieces
6 cups cooked chicken. Pour
1 cup chicken broth over
6 cups cooked rice. Combine
3 cups milk and
3 cups chicken broth. Thicken
with
1 small can pimiento. Slice 2 cups mushrooms and fry in 2 tablespoons butter until lightly browned. Butter a large shallow casserole. Cover bottom with rice. Place a layer of chicken over rice and add a generous amount of the gravy. Dot with almonds, pimiento and mush- rooms. Repeat with second layer of each ingredient. Sprinkle Buttered bread crumbs over top and add

Paprika. Bake 45 minutes moderate oven, 350 deg. F.
Persian Salad
Soak
1 tablespoon plain gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold tomato soup.
Heat the remainder of
1 tin tomato soup and while hot
add the gelatin and
1 package cream cheese. Stir until both are melted. When cool add
1 small bottle stuffed olives or
4 tablespoons butter melted and 1⁄2 cup finely chopped green pepper
blended with
4 cúp flour. Add
1 teaspoon salt and
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper. Cut in slices
1 cup blanched almonds. Cut fine
11⁄2 cups finely diced celery
1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce. Pour into molds and chill until firm. Serve with ̈ Mayonnaise,
