Signing of the Anglo-Italian agreement is expect- ed to take place on Thursday, the usually well- informed diplomatic correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" states.

The correspondent says that the final details have been settled and the agreement drawn up in its ultimate form.

The agreement, however, will not become effective until Italy has withdrawn her volunteers from Spain and has complied with the measures de- cided upon by the non-intervention committee.
