MOSCOW CANNOT ALLOW JAPANESE TO COMPLETE CONQUEST OF CHINA

London, To-day. Dr. Sun Fo, China's special envoy to Europe, speak- ing at a press reception at the Chinese Em- bassy yesterday, said he had been informed in Moscow that although Russia did not intend to intervene in the Far East at present, where China appeared to be fully holding her own, Russia could not allow Japan to conquer China. If any danger of that appeared, Russia would cer- tainly intervene regardless of the consequences in Europe.

Dr. Sun Fo said that China was quite confident of winning. She already had 2,000,000 men under amrs, and in a year's time would have 8,000,000.
