All representatives on the non-intervention sub-committee, with the exception of M. Ivan Maisky (Russia), yesterday substantially agreed to the terms of the draft resolution of October 22.
M. Maisky made reservations about the para- graph referring to the grant of belligerent rights to the warring parties in Spain.
THE AMENDED RESOLUTION WILL AGAIN BE REFER- RED TO THE GOVERNMENTS, AND THE SUB-COMMITTEE WILL MEET AGAIN, AT 10.30 AM. ON FRIDAY, WHEN IT IS HOPED THE RESOLUTION WILL HAVE BEEN APPROVED IN ITS FINAL FORM.
The proposal for token with drawals has been dropped.
The chairman and secretary of the sub-committee have been asked to start to prepare immediately terms of reference of the two com- missions to be sent to Spain, and to list the personnel thereof:
