The V. R. C. will be available for practice between the hours of hoon and 2.0 p.m. from July 12th. onwards. Competitors who wish to have their handicaps taken should notify the Hon. Secretary, H.KIV.D.C. Commit- tee as to which dates, after July 12th. will best suit them.

Handicapping will be carried out between 1.15 p.m. and 2.0 p.m.
