IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the ORDINARY YEAR- LY MEETING OF 'SHAREHOLD- ERS of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, will be held at the Registered Office of the Company (Exchange Building, Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong), on THURSDAY, the 15th day of April, 1937, at 11.30a.m., for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Accounts and the Report of the Board of Directors for the year ended on the 31st December, 1936, confirming the appointment of a Director and re-electing a Director

and the Auditors.

The TRANSFER BOOKS of the Company will

be CLOSED from WEDNESDAY, the 31st March, 1937 to THURSDAY, the 15th April, 1937, both days inclusive.
