CENTENARY ROWING REGATTA

CANTON R.C. HAVE PROUD RECORD

HONG KONG TEAM TO PARTICIPATE

The Canton Rowing Club have decided to hold a regatta on Sunday, March 14, in order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of rowing in Canton. Invitations to take part were sent to Hong -Kong, Manila and Shanghai, but unfortunately only Hong Kong were in a position to accept.

It is hoped, nevertheless, that the regatta will provide some of the best sporting entertainment that has been seen in Canton for some time.
