AUCH TO THE DELIGHT OF ALL HOCKEY ENTHUSIASTS THE SHANGHAI LADIES' HOCKEY ASSOCIATION HAVE SENT WORD TO THE EFFECT THAT A TEAM IS DEFINITELY COMING HERE. AFTER A MONTH OR SO OF ANXIOUS WAITING, I AM QUITE SURE THAT THIS NEWS CAME AS A GREAT RELIEF TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, WHO HAD BEEN COMPELLED TO HOLD UP ALL FINAL ARRANGE- MENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE VISIT.
Once more speculation becomes rife as to the composition of the Colony team, and a trial will be held next Saturday, after which, presumably, the eleven will be selected.
