flannel with a stitched belt cut to a diamond shape after it has pass- ed through the buckle The lower part of the skirt is very slim fitt- ing and to contrast, with it, the three-quarter length coat has a full swaggered line and big sleeves. The cast itself is in beige flannel with one-inch strips of white flan ne! laid on in rows about the mid- dle of the sleeves.
