SOME very good tennis was seen at King's

Park yesterday when E. C. Fincher and E. F. Fincher struck the top of their form to win all three of their games against the Chinese Recreation Club, lowering the colours of Ho Ka-lan and W. C. Hung for the first time this season, although the champions retained their unbeaten record by a 6 sets to 3 margin.

There were several interesting factors, the outstanding of which was the debut of T: Hesse: a left-handed German player. He gave a most impressive display and, on yesterday's form, looks like being a permanent member of the team.
