WEIGHTY FORECAST
London, To-day.
The reconstruction of the Cabinet is expect- ed for June 6, when the House of Commons rises for the Whitsuntide recess. Mr. Ramsay, Mac- Donald will resign and Mr. Stanley Baldwin will be summoned to Buckingham Palace, and will doubtless be in a position to announce the Cabinet forthwith. The present complexion of the Minis- try will be scrupulously maintained.
-The announcement that cash relief would be aboħabed and food dia tributed was responsible for this scene outside the State Relief Adminis trator's office in Trenton, New Jersey, last month.
The most weighty forecast at present is as follows
folio; Sir John Simon to succeed Mr. Stanley Baldwin as Lord President of the Council; Captain Anthony Eden to succeed Sir John Simon as Foreign Minister; while Lord Sankey retires from the Lord Chancellorship and will be succeeded by Lord Hailsham. at present Secretary of State for War and Leader of the House of Lords.
Mr. Ramsay MacDonald to become Minister without port PLANES SCOUR ATLANTIC
Then in order to redress the party balance Mr. Malcolm Mac- Donald, son of the present Prime Minister, will enter the Cabinet. Mr. Oliver Stanley will succeed Lord Halifax at the Board of Education and Mr. Ernest Brown will succeed Mr. Stanley as
