Three men, Chu Wai-sham, Li Fat, and Yeung Kam,- were charged before His Honour, the Chief Justice, Mr. A. D. A. Mac- gregor, at the Criminal Sessions this morning with having in their possession moulds, on which" was impressed one side of a Hong Kong ten-cent piece.
