Twenty-four members of China's good-will mission to the Philippine Islands, headed by Mr. and Mrs.1 Wang Hsiao-lai, arrived in the Colony this morning en route to Manila by the 8.8. President Jackson.

Interviewed, a member of the de- legation said that the delegation were representatives of the Shang- hal Chinese Chamber of Commerce/ and were attending the Manila Chr- nival.

The were conveying, on behalf of the business associations of Shang- hai and north China, their good wishes to the Philippine authori- Ities.
