The United States Supreme Court, which went into session yesterday, has decided to hear the altacks testing the constitu- tionality of the regulations re stricting oil production, drawn up by the Minister of Interior, Me Harold L. Ickes. The court also promised to determine the valid ity of dollar devaluation.
The appeal in which Mr. Fred- erick Campbell, a New York lawyer, attacked the validity the gold hoarding regulations, was rejected by the Court.
