: Marian Marsh will probably set a new fashion for spring brides with the lovely ensemble she wears for her wedding in "Love at Second Sight."

The most original part of the tol- lette is the veil. This is worn off the face and fitted closely to the head with a network of pearls, while a circular eye veil covers the eyes and nose, leaving mouth and throat; bare. This veil is made of net, picot-edged with silver, so that it stands out stuffy and does not touch the face,

So that it might photograph bet- ter, the whole ensemble was carried out in pale blue.

Six Bridesmaids

The six bridesmaids' dresses were replicas of the bride's, and their heads were covered with tiny skull caps made of the same lace, touched here and there with pearls.

There was one small page boy who wore a long coat of blue satin-and carried a silver staff to which three flilies were tled.

If it comes to pass that the girls | will be little gîria again by spring, | don't blame us for not tipping you

off to the leg and ankle trimming need. Under those lengthened skifts you may have got a bit careless and let the calf thicken.

If the short skirt prediction comes true, you may be sure that even better ankles will be demanded than in the last short skirt era. The reason? Well, women have gone a long way in other beautify- ing directions since that flapper

ora.

Their hair, makeup, hands and silhouettes have been in the pro- Mercury wings of rhinestones cessing of polishing and improv were flaunted recently in the golden ing until they're pretty nearly bob of Thelma Todd.
