POLICE AND BOWLING GREEN DEFENDING 100 PER CENT RECORDS

KOWLOON SIDE'S STIFF HURDLE

POLICE SHOULD WIN

INDIANS MAY RECORD FIRST WIN

•AND DECIDE WOODEN - SPOONISTS

(By Short Head.)

Though to-morrow's Lawn Bowls programme will not include as interesting fixtures as last week's programme, which was washed out by rain, there are one or two games which should provide stirring struggles for supremacy.

The Police (at home) and the Bowling Green (away) will have to use all they know if they are to uphold their 100 per cent. records. The Police should win, but I am doubtful regarding the Bowling Green's chances. Craigengower, the holders, should vanquish Talkoo, and the Civil Service will probably beat the weakened K. C. C. twelve, The Yacht Club, the only 100 per cent. team in the junior divi- sion, are visiting the K. C. C. and should win. Craigengewer, the holders are entertaining the Electric and should record their second win, though they have not been showing championship, form of late. The match between the Indians and the Police will probably determine the ultimate wooden-spoonists, and I rather fancy the chances of the Indians-it will be their first success 17 they bring it off. The Bow Ung Green should beat the Recreio.
