"Quick Millions", at King's is gungster stuff with a vengeance. The story is inspired by recent happenings in, New York and is true to fact most of it. It includes some real good melodrama, There is the usual presentation of double- crossing racketeers, led by Spen- cer Tracy and "Bugs" Raymond. Towards the close we are treated to some preaching, "How the public is remiss in permitting Buch atrocious conditions to exist, etc." Truey, who plays the truck-driver with social aspirations crushes society, but still remains a rotter," and pays the penalty. Sally Ellers takas first honours, as Marguerite Churchill doas not have much Chance. The film is made up of many scenes, but it retains your interest. I think the men will like it. I found it an extremely excit- ing underworld story..

"Honour Among Lovers." Excellent performances by Clau- dette Colbert, Fredric March and Monroe Owsley will make "Honour Among Lovers" interesting. There is some good dialogue, and it is beautifully put on. It is a familiar sort of tale of a Wall Street broker and his, too fascinating secretary. The swaggering, staggering hus band is well played by Owsley. The lovers walk out hand in hand at the end, as they would most likely do in real life. The hero of "The Royal Family" could never rail to please, and Claudette is charming. It is worth seeing, most certainly. (Central)..
