The level at Shiuhing on July 8 was 26.3 feet and at Tsingyuen on July 7 was 18 feet.
The highest levels recorded are:-Shiuhing, 41 feet; Tsing- yuen, 29.2 feet; Samshul, 27.3 feet; Sheklung, 11.5 feet.
The lowest levels on record Are minus 6 feet at Samshui and minus 2.7 feet at Sheklung.
