British Seamen Who Helped Stricken Ship.
The German Ambassador, Baron von Neurath, has asked Mr. Hender- son, the Foreign Secretary, to ex press the appreciation, and thanks of the German Government to the captain and crew of the 2,677-ton British steamer Horden for the bravery and able seamanañip shown in extricating the 6,824-ton German motor-vessel Max Albrecht from grave danger on December 7, 1930. An explosion occurred in the engine-room of the German vessel, and the engine-room staff, some, of whom were seriously hurt, had to leave their posts,
