Rugby, Yesterday. The Parliament Secretary to the Admiralty, Mr. Charles Ammon, during his reply to a deputation from the Committee of the "back to the coal movement." received at the. Admiralty to-day, declared that if the Navy were to revert to coal it would mean accepting a handicap in design which would be a most serious setback and could not now be undertaken without prejudice to the strength of the fleet and its operational efficiency.- British Wireless Service.
