He recalled that, at its last meet-Song- ing, the Committee recommended thal this application be disapproved as it was anticipated that difficulty would be experienced in securing the permission of the Chinese au- thorities to undertake broadcasting; this obstacle no longer existed. Process of Formation.
The Director stated that as the Broadcasting Organisation was at present in the process of formation it was somewhat difficult to state a definite figure.
