The Cowpen Dry Dock and Shipbuilding Co., Blyth, and Messrs. John Readhead and Sons, South Shields, are understood to have sent in the lowest lenders for repairing the Hallmoor, own- ed by the Moor Line, which went ashore at Senham Harbour. The Hallmcor is at present lying in the Wear.

It is announced that from April 18, by arrangement with the Southern Railway, Pullman parlour cars will be placed on boat-trains to and from South- ampton in connection with the sailings of Canadian Pacific Em- press liners.
