Some Conditions.

A Shanghai report says that the following are some of the conditions in the organisation of the Sino-American Shipping

Company:-

1. All vessels are to be supplied

by the Robert Dollar Steam-I ship Company;

2. All vessels are to fly Chineze

flags;

3. The Shipping Company is to

be registered in accordance with Chinese law, and to be under the control of the Chinese Navigation Bureau.; 4. The Shanghai Hankew,

Shanghai-Nanking, Shanghai-į Canton, Shanghai - Fukien, Shanghai-Tientsin are the temporary routes to be oper- ated;

No claime will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 10th instant will be subject to rent.

All cisims against the steamier must be prescated to the Undersigned on er before the 24th instant, gr: they will not be recognized.
