SAD SEQUEL TO MOTOR ACCIDENT.

DEATH IN HOSPITAL

Lance Sergeant John James Port of the Police Traffic Department, who was the victim of a motor cycling accident in Lower Albert Road on Christmas Day, died in the Government Civil Hospital shortly after 2.30 a.m., yesterday.

His passing away in such a tragic manner at the age of only 26 years fs deeply regretted by his many comrades, senior officers of the Force and friends, the deepest Bympathy of all of whom will go out to his brother, Acting Sub-In- spector E. A.
