The official verdict was half a length in fa- vour of Zorhan, but Mr. Harri- man, his rider, won sitting up, and did not seem to call upon his mount for anything special. Upsets Give Zest.

The decision to revert to the original starting time, 2 o'clock, proved to be a wise one, and the racing was much more enjoyable, in the writer's opinion, at least, than on the last occasion. Start- ing, too, was much better, and there was far less delay, between the races..

Altogether a most entertaining afternoon's sport, with sufficient upsets to give an added zest to the proceedings.
