EX-DICTATOR WATCHING
London, March 1. Gibraltar dispatch the Daily News predicts sensa-a tional developments in Spain as a consequence of the disavowal of the monarchy by Sanchez Guerra, the former premier.
The dispatch said that King Al fonso's position is extremely diff- calt. According to information received from royal palace circles, the king intends to fight rather than abdicate.
Under certain circamalances, it was asserted, another dictatorship, headed by General Martinez Anido, home secretary during the de Rivera administration, might be expected. The dispatch explained that General Anido conferred with Captain General Barrera and other generals, after which General Bar- rera resigned as a protest against the mildness of Premier Berenguer.
The correspondent denied re- porta that the Queen of Spain is to depart for England shortly.
