SOVIET TRADE IN BALTIC
It is reported that the Russian trade delegations in the Baltic States are to be considerably re- duced. The present leader and his staff are to be recalled from Reval, only an agent of the Com- missariat of Foreign Trade re- maining. The delegation at Riga is to be reduced materially, while that at Helsingfors is to be com- pletely withdrawn. These reduc- tions are being made, it is said, for economie and not for political reasons.
