Mombasa: 4 cares.

Berbern: 7 cases.

Bombay: 173 ease, 95 doaths: Calcutta: 70 cases, 56 deaths. Cochin: 31 cases, 8 deaths. Madras: 25 cases, 12 denths. Moulmein: 51 cases, 11 deaths. Rangoon: 4 easec. Batavia: 4 cases, 2 deaths. Saigon: 1 case. 1 death. Shanghai: 2 denthe, Canton: 1 case.

SOVIET TRADE IN BALTIC

It is reported that the Russian trade delegations in the Baltic States are to be considerably re- duced. The present leader and his staff are to be recalled from Reval, only an agent of the Com- missariat of Foreign Trade re- maining. The delegation at Riga is to be reduced materially, while that at Helsingfors is to be com- pletely withdrawn. These reduc- tions are being made, it is said, for economie and not for political reasons.
