The 19th annual meeting of the Industrial and Commercial Bank, Ltd. was hold yesterday. Amongst those present were Ho. U-ming (Chairman), Messrs. T. K. Lin (General Manager), T. T. Cheng, Wong Ngai-tong. Wong Joy-yu (Directors).
