They were over North Greenwich, Conn., when the plane crashed to earth on the estate of John H. Sterling, causing the deaths of young Moneli, a friend of his and their pilot.

Nome, Alaska, when he was forced to land at Valemount, British Columbia, 75 miles west of Jasper. Water in the fuel is blamed, The Curtis 'plane was wrecked, but the Captain was unhurt, and is
