in

thanks to the Committee, who had, worked so hard for the excellent afternoon's sport, and also the Vic- toria Recreation Club for the fre quent use of their bath. He congra- tulated the R.A. on winning the Ag- gregate Cup, and said that they had; the advantage over the other regi-i ments as they practically lived in

IS INTEREST DEAD?

Very little attempt is being made to: terminate the Tennis League season,

"B" divizion, which remains to be de cited.

The "A" and "C" shields have been won by the Hong Kong Cricket Club and the South China Athletic Associa- tion respectively, and it is likely that the balance of the fixtures in these sections will be abandoned.

In the only match played on Satur- day, the Mitsui Bussan Kaisha defeated the European Y.M.C.A. easily in the "D" divisien, but this resuit has no bearing on the championship.

"B" DIVISION

On their own ground, the Mitsui Bussan Kaishu defeated the European Young Mea's Christian Association by seven sets to two.
