These firemen are shown drenching the smouldering ruins of the $50,000 stable at Havre De Grace, Md., race track in which 14 thoroughbreds valued at $15,000 were destroyed. The fire was caused by the upsetting of an oil store in the stableboys' quarters where some of the boys were cooking a meal.
