Bagram as one of the "Permanent and Managing Directors" of the Hong Kong Land Investment and Agency Co., Ltd., in succession to Sir Paul after the latter's death was the subject of an appeal before the Full Court this morning (the Full Court consisting of Sir H. C. Gollan, Sir Peter Grain and Mr. Justice J. R. Wood).
