New York, Saturday. "Times" reports that General Machado, President of Cuba, contemplates the creation of a Board to regulate the sale of Cuban sugar, thus taking the control of the crop from the hands of American interests.
He also intends to send a re- presentative to other large sugar exporting countries with a view to achieving the universal limita- tion of production-Router's American Service.
