a sack in a disused gravel pit at Wong Nei Chung St. Gregoire, near Montreal, have been linked together by the inquest which has just been held at St. John's.

The coroner's jury found the husband, who is now missing. criminally responsible for her death.

The medical examination re- vealed that Mrs. Duranleau had taken enough strychnine to kill six people. It was stated that shortly before her death, on January 1 last year, following a New Year's Eve party, she was insured for £1,000. Mr. Duran- leau married again soon after her death.
