(rub through grater)
1/4 Cup Flour
3 Eggs
1⁄4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Milk
Salt, paprika, onion juice.
Prepare a white sauce with four, butter and milk, add cheese and cook, stirring until thick. Add yolks, of eggs, 31⁄2 tea spoons salt, paprika to taste and 1 teaspoonful onion juice. Mix carefully and fold in atiffly beaten whites of the 3 eggs. Turn into greased baking dish and set in a pan of water in abot oven. Bake until firm.
