Macao owners wilkhave soveral ponies at the meeting, the best being Baccarat, Papyrus and Dick Lo. The fact of their being put in the "A" class of the Handicaps this being the "first time of asking"may tell against them but there ought to be one or two winners among them, »
Crack Ponies All Fit. Owing to the inclusion of the Macao ponies, Mr. Wông will not be available for the Eve string and Mrs. Priestley's ponies, for which My. Stanton and Mr. Sewell will do duty. Otherwise there will be Hitle change from the last meeting. In addition to the Mato entries, Mr. Wong may ride Baheery, Borderer and Salvo.
All the crack ponies are fit and Saligia looks as though he will win the Aggregate Stakes again, in spite of a 5. b. penalty. Át a mile, he is very hard to beat.
