Mitchell, in the course of a apocch, in which he breathed the spirit of justifiable optimism and confidence, said it was just a year' ago almost to the day that he had the honour of addressing a similar function at the luncheon held, on board the "Asturina"-the firms of the great motor vessels built for the Royal Mall Company. That ship was now engaged upon; cruise extending over a largo por tion of the globe.
